Richard Kaplan, president of R & H Development Co., Inc. (R & H), has over twenty years of extensive residential construction and condominium development experience.  R & H has been involved in the development of over 700 condominium units in southeastern Michigan since its incorporation in 1992.  Condominium communities developed by R & H include High Pointe Ridge and Great Lakes Ridge located in Lake Orion, Michigan; Colonial Oaks, Pine Tree Ridge, Hidden Ridge I, Hidden Ridge II, Lake Ridge I and Lake Ridge II located in Waterford, Michigan; and Dover Hill and Hidden Meadows located in Walled Lake, Michigan.

Currently R & H has a condominium community under development: Stonebridge of Holly located in the Village of Holly, Michigan.

RBK Associates, LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company

Richard Kaplan and Frederick Rubin, the principle members of RBK Associates, LLC (RBK) have over 55 years combined residential building experience.  Richard Kaplan, in association with R & H Development Co., Inc. and other entities, has been involved in the development of over 700 condominium units in southeastern Michigan.  Frederick Rubin, in association with Fairfield Development Co. and other entities, has been involved in the construction of over 350 residences in southeastern Michigan.

Forest Creek of Ann Arbor was the first condominium project developed by RBK.  Currently RBK has one condominium community under development: Austin Commons located in the City of Saline, Michigan.
